Psychic Development covers all aspects of the "clair" senses. The book takes the reader on a journey of how to connect o their guide, read auras, use tools such as tarot cards, tealeaf reading, crystal ball scrying, ribbon reading etc. Included in the book is a meditation CD to help bring the reader into focus when about to practice one of the methods and heal and grow the chakra system.
Fruit Salad for Kids is a story abut Sally and Sam who are best friends. their class is visited by a lady called Mellisa who introduces them to the chakra system by engaging them in a game of Fruit Salad. The children had to name as many fruit/vegetable in as many colours as possible that matched the colour of each chakra. On another level Mellisa talked about "golden hands" this was a simple healing game the children could do when they were feeling sad or low in energy. The book has the story of Sam and Sally, a workbook section for the guessing game and a golden hands area with quick chakra balances.
